Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as multiple bottles of hand sanitizer and one container of Clorox brand cleaning wipes were accessible to children in care, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

On 2/8/2023, Site Supervisor could not provide records for staff #1 and staff #2, thus could not provide proof that these staff met the department qualifications to provide care and supervision to children. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.

An Investigation revealed that staff #1 and staff #2 were present at the facility (as early as December 2022) on a daily basis for several hours a day and were providing care and supervsion to children without criminal record clearance.
