Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a fire/disaster drill, log it, and submit a copy of the log to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 9/30/2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing children records, child #3, did not have the required LIC 282 form signed. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have parent/legal guardian sign the LIC 282 and provide a copy to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 1/18/2024.
Based on record review, the certificate expired on 10/24/2020 therefore, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
