Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Per staff admissions, a child(ren) was placed in wet/soiled clothing after having a bowel movement accident in their underwear and pants which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

The facility is currently on summer break and no children were present during today’s inspection. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Site Supervisor Lubna Sohail. Facility is requesting to be licensed for 66 children ages 2 to 5 years old in Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Hours of operation will be Monday – Friday; 07:30AM – 04:30PM. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. LPAs informed Site Supervisor that staff are required to maintain direct visual supervision of the children at all times during indoor and outdoor activities. LPAs toured the facility and measured new additional indoor and outdoor activity space. Total indoor activity space measured 2778.17 sq.ft., which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 66 children. LPAs observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via disposable cups and water pitchers. LPAs observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 07/09/2025. LPAs observed a total of 13 sinks and 7 toilets available for children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 66 children.
