Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed that the Licensee did not have a daily inspection log of the drowning prevention safety features and safety equipment that is to be conducted before opening the facility which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a daily inspection before opening the facility of the drowning prevention safety features and safety equipment as well as create and maintain a log documenting these inspections. Licensee agrees to send proof of the Plan of Correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the POC due date of 03/26/2025.
