Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a plan of action on how Licensee plans to keep children safe while pool fencing is installed per Title 22 regulations. Licensee agrees to include in plan an estimated date of installation for the pool fence. Licensee agrees to submit the plan to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 12/09/2023.
