An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 24, 2024 This on-site visit was conducted from 11:15 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Eight children, ages 3-4, were in the care of two staff. Five children and Three staff records were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice.
