An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/14/2023 from 10:20 a.m to 11:10 a.m. There were five children present, ranging in ages from 10 months to three years old with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records, one household member?s record and one staff record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 12, 2023 from 9:50 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. There were six children present, ranging in ages from four months to five years old with one staff supervising.
