An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 8/26/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and three caregivers; the point total was 41. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three caregiver records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on January 12, 2024 from 12:30pm-1:15pm. There were 12 children in care (44 points) with 3 staff supervising. Children were observed sleeping. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
