An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/3/2025 and completed on 9/3/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:04AM and ended at 10:18AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on site on 9/3/2025 and 4 staff records electronically on 8/21/2025. This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
