A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 94 children ages 4 months to 11 years old present under the care of 21 staff. Records for staff and children were reviewed during the inspection. A Religiously Exempt CODE Monitor inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered under the CODE are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
