During the inspection, it was determined that written instructions of a licensed physician or licensed dentist as appropriate are not on file. All medications except diapering cream and sunscreen must include physician's and parent permission. Orajel and liquid teething drops were observed in the classroom.

During the inspection, breast milk or formula provided by the parent was not labeled or stored appropriately. Bottles containing breast milk did not include the child's name and/or the date provided to the program. Program policy includes this requirement.

During the inspection, breast milk, formula or food remaining after feeding was not discarded. Bottles with formula/breast milk left over were available in the classroom and food was sitting out on the table.

During the inspection, the topical ointments/ creams instructions provided by parents did not meet the requirements. Diapering cream was observed in the classroom without parent instructions on application and without a medication log maintained.
