During the inspection, it was determined information on the JFS 01230 "Vehicle Inspection Report For Child Care Centers" had not been completed in that phone number and email address were missing .Submit the programs corrective action plan, which includes either discontinuing the use of the vehicle or a copy of the completed JFS 01230 Vehicle Inspection Report for Child Care Centers, to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.
