During the facility tour LPAs observed several items stored in accessible areas to the children in care. Items included, scented waxes, scissors, spray paint, shaving cream, body sprays, room sprays, hand sanitizers and cleaning/disinfectant products.

During the facility tour the LPA observed expired medication for C1. Per the Directors statement, C1 was possibly given the medication during the 2023 Winter season due to his allergies. A log was not available for review during inspection.

During facility tour LPA was provided a Student Medication Permit which documents C1 was given medication on 9-25-2023. LPA was also provided the prescribed medication for S1. Medication was not in the original package but was in a baggie with the child’s name on it. The medication expired in December 2022.
