Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the file review of S2, S2 and S3 it was discovered the Mandated Reporter certificates were not current or not available for review.

During facility tour LPA observed expired medication for children who are still attending. The medication was not administered to the children.
