Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the LPA observed several cleaning supplies located in the daycare bathroom without a lock, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Several of the cleaning supplies contained the contact poison control warning.
Resolution: Licensee removed all the items during the inspection and placed them behind a cabinet with a key lockable device. Licensee stated they understand items need to be kept behind a lock.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 did not have LIC9227 on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit LIC9227 for C1 to CCL by 6/20/25.
