Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above According to licensee her Pediatric CPR/First Aid certificate expired since March 2025 in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will renew her pediatric EMSA Approved CPR/First Aid training certificate and submit a copy to the Pamdale Regional Office by due date specified by email or text.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed all smoke detectors being in non operable conditions which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to send proof of new smoke detectors with batteries (pictures) to LPA Beneroso no later than 12/01/2023
