Pediatric CPR/First Aid expired on 5/13/2025, according to licensee she did not realize her certificate had expired in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will retake the Pediatric First Aid and CPR and will email or text a copy to the Palmdale Regional office by due date indicated.
