Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that fire drills have not been conducted and no fire drill log was available for review, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire drill and log the fire drill. Licnesee will submit a copy of the completed fire drill log to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22. Licensee will also watch CCLD video on Disater Planning and Fire Safety and submit written statement confirming such to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee's Assistant was not current on the Mandated Reporter Training as required, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee's Assistant stated she will complete the Mandated Reporter Training and submit a copy of her training certificate to Licensee to be submitted to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in five children of the ten files reviewed did not contain an emergency information card, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will obtain the required/completed information from the parents of the enrolled children and maintain the emergency card in each child's file. Licensee will submit proof of completion to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22. Licensee will also watch CCLD video on Record Keeping and submit written statement confirming such to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that three infants enrolled in care did not have completed Individual Sleeping Plans (LIC 9227) on file, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will have parent's complete an Individual Sleeping Plan (LIC 9227) for each infant under 12 months in care and will submit proof of completion to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were no completed sleep logs documenting date, time and initials, for any of the infants in care at the time of this inspection, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee and staff will begin documenting infants' sleep on a log and submit proof of completion to CCLD by the POC due date of 03/25/22.
