Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed licensee caring for ten (10) children by herself as Licensee's Assistant had left the home temporarily to drop off children at school.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to write a statement explaining how she plans to prevent going over capacity. The signed/dated statement is due to the Community Care Licensing office by the Plan of Correction due date, May 21, 2025.
