An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 12:10pm and 1:10pm. There were 3 children present with the Provider for a total of 7 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing freely and transitioning to naptime. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. The provider is not MAT training to administer medications and stated that there are no medications kept on-site. Violations were found during todays inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. An announced initial inspection was conducted on 6/17/2021. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not site This inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There was 1 child present directly supervised by provider. The home, staff records, children?s records, and household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Child was observed playing and watching a movie. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
