An unannounced, on-site monitoring/renewal inspection was initiated on June 11, 2025 and completed on June 11, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:40 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 119 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and nine staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of facility, record review, observations, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 06/21/2023 and concluded on 06/21/2023 from 10:25 AM to 1:45 PM. There were 140 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 12 years, with 20 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of seven children?s records and the five staff?s records and three board officer?s background checks were reviewed for updates. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

This onsite visit was conducted on June 21, 2022 from 11:40 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 155 children in care, ages 5 months through 11, in the care and supervision of 19 staff. Five children records and five staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for three children. Areas observed were, lunch, outside play, handwashing/diapering procedures, nap, infant feeding, and transition. The center is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. A monitoring inspection was conducted on October 4th as a result of a self-reported incident that was received by the licensing inspector on October 1, 2021. An in-person visit was made to the center on 10/4/2021. Center video footage was reviewed, 2 staff were interviewed and 1 children's record was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
