An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 11/20/2025 and completed on 11/20/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50AM and ended at 10:55AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 29. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 09/18/2025 and completed on 09/18/2025 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/17/2025 relating to allegations of Administration. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The physical space, evacuation drills, safety supplies, attendance records, caregiver/household member records, 3 child ren's records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Previous violations were brought into compliance. Children were observed washing hands, eating snack, interacting with each other and engaging with the caregivers. Children had been playing outside as the inspection began. Interactions were positive. Age appropriate materials were available throughout.
