An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted 6/9/2025 from 10:05am - 11:00am. There were 4 children and 1 caregiver present during the time of the inspection; totaling 13 points. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 3 caregiver/household records onsite. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 6/17/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
A monitor inspection was conducted today between 10:00am and 11:15am. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed napping and drinking a bottle. A total of 2 child records and 1 caregiver /household member record were reviewed.
