A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on July 12, 2024, between 10:15am - 11:00am. There was 1 child receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 1 child record and the vendor record were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
