The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver, and 1 household member records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 2/26/2026. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Observed the children in free play, singing songs, diapering and transition from a morning nap. Space is well equipped and maintained. Lunch to be served today was lentil soup, fresh wheat bread, cauliflower and bananas. The youngest children had bottles that were labeled with the name and date. Reviewed one staff record and two children's records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. An allegation was received from the local DSS agency concerning care of children. Interviews and records were reviewed. Eleven children were in care with three caregivers for thirty-six points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children finishing lunch, preparation for rest time and nap. The preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and no violation was issued concerning the complaint but a non-related violation was cited.
