Pure at Heart Childcare Center, LLC Phase 3

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 6, 2023 between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. There were two children present (7 points) with one caregiver. The home, cribs, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, training logs, evacuation logs, attendance logs and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. There were two children (7 points) present with one caregiver. The children were observed sitting in infant rocker, playing with dolls and the provider sang to the children and read them a story. The childcare area and other areas of the home, training logs, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, evacuation drills, smoke detector/carbon monoxide detectors, menu's, attendance logs and the first aid kit were reviewed. A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on August 17, 2021, There was one child present, with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervisions, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 1 caregiver record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations which are included on the violation notice.
