An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2022. The provider was at an appointment and not at home. Two assistants were present with 11 children, totaling 33 points. The children were getting ready for nap. The assistants had access to all records and meet the qualifications for a substitute provider. The children had green soup for lunch and milk and apples. The green soup contains veggies and meat. The space used for child care has lots of space and supplies for the children. A violation was presented to the provider with this summary page. There were 10 children present and 3 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with subsidy regulations, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
