This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations in classrooms. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, Februa ry 28. 2022 from 8:45 am until 12:00 pm. There were 33 children present upon arrival at the center with 7 staff supervising. The children were observed during diaper change, handwashing and in morning circle time. The following areas were reviewed by the inspector - attendance, bathrooms, bottles, cribs, evacuation drills, fire inspections, health inspections, children and staff records.
