A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 06/25/2025. The inspection started at 10a.m. and concluded at 11:30a.m.. There were no children present and 1 caregiver the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 caregiver and 1 household member records on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 2 child ( 8 points) directly supervised by thevendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. The two children in care were observed in cribs preparing for their morning nap. Walk thru of the vendor's home was completed that included the bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and family room. One adult was visiting during the inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor and corrective actions for each violation found today was provided. .
