A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on May 19 2023 between 11:15am and 12:15 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found and are listed on the violation notice page.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted May 19 2022 between 11:15am and 12:15pm. There were 2 children in the direct care of the provider. The children were observed playing and coloring. Emergency drills, child records, first aid and CPR training, Medication Administration Training, and the family child care space were reviewed and inspected.
