A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 2/17/2026. The inspection started at 12:45pm and concluded at 1:35pm. There were three children present (one who lived in the home) and one caregiver; the point total was eight. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two caregiver/household members records on site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
