This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone/email contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/20 and concluded on 9/2. The provider was contacted by email and a virtual inspection was conducted.
