An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/16/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:11 AM and ended at noon. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 10/29/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

An announced virtual monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/28/21. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this *inspection was completed via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 32 children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing outside, and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
