An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 3/23/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:10am and ended at 12:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ten children present and three caregivers; the point total was thirty. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and three caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 2/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 11:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and three caregivers; the point total was 33. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/1/2023 at approximately 11:35am and concluded on 3/1/2023 and approximately 12:40pm. There were a total of 12 children (35 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, eating lunch, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 12 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
