This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility, Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:15am-12:00pm. There were no children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver.
