The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver, and 1 household member records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Four children were in care with one provider for fourteen points which was within ratios for supervision. One child was sleeping during the inspection and the other 3 were observed in free play. The main level of the home is dedicated to childcare and has equipment and materials for very young children in care. Reviewed one child's record, emergency preparation, training requirements, cribs, background checks, rabies for household pets and TB for all household members. Lunch is bought from home each day.
