An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/2/2025 and completed on 10/2/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/29/2025 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 8/4/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (76) children present and (22) staff. The inspector reviewed (7) children?s records and (7) staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
