The on-site inspection began at 7:30am and ended at 8:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 child files and 2 staff files on-site. This inspection included: document review, postings review, tour of the facility and playgrounds, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. lease complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on September 4, 2024 and completed on September 4, 2024, as a part of current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included: ? document review (policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms), ? tour of the facility, ? interviews, ? observations of children playing on the playground, finishing breakfast, singing and transitioning to circle time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Three classrooms were present with 14 children in care supervised by 9 direct care staff and one center director. Children were observed transitioning from lunch, rest time and infant care. All bottles were labeled and dated. Lunch served today was bean burger, fruit and milk. One emergency medication is on-site with multiple staff having MAT certification and the additional seizure component. Reviewed 2 newly hired staff records, 3 children's files, physical space, trainings and emergency preparation. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
