A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/19/2022. There were 108 children in care with a total of 16 staff assigned to their direct supervision. The children were observed taking a walk, playing on the playground, creating art projects, and engaging in circle time discussions. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/27/2021 and concluded on 4/28/2021. The supervisor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 52 children present and 13 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
