An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 10:22am. The vendor. Adult #1, and a visiting relative were present in the home. The vendor speaks English as a second language, and while the vendor was able to communicate some on her own, Adult #1 also helped with communications. There were no children present at the time of the inspection, and for the most part supplies and equipment were put away, but present in the home. Children bring their own food daily. Activities include walks in the neighborhood and to a nearby playground. No transportation provided. The current County license was not posted in the home (one that expired in 2021 was posted), but post-inspection the inspector verified the license to be current. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
