An unannounced, on-site Code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on January 7, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 11:00 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present with 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable Code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on January 14, 2026. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

An in-person, annual code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded by a representative from the VDOE, Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Fairfax) on 01/24/2024, between the hours of 10:30 am through 2 pm. There were 80 present, ranging in toddler to preschool-age, with 16 staff supervising, across a total of 7 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the following areas: posting of the written disclosure statement, physical plant, capacity, food services, health reports, ratio and staffing, supervision, handwashing, daily health screenings, staff trainings, and background checks. The Inspector reviewed (20) staff records, and (10) children immunizations to ensure that the documentation was complete and in compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined (1) area of non-compliance with an applicable code. This violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
