A complaint was received in the licensing office on 3/13/2024 regarding supervision. On 3/13/2024 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. There was a separate violation found during the investigation and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Provider and 5 household members records were reviewed and found incomplete. Two enrolled children's files were reviewed. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 9 children. Children were observed being dropped off by their guardians, playing freely with blocks and cars, listening to music and being read to. Provider is not MAT training so currently no medications can administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. One crib found on site and meet the CPSC requirements. Violations found today during this inspection were reviewed with provider and an appropriate corrective action was provided.
