Maria Teresa's Babies Early Enrichment Center

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/24/25 and completed on 11/24/25. The on-site inspection began at (time) and ended at (time). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/18/2024. 43 children were directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical space, 4 children's records, 4 staff records, attendance records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed during lunch, washing hands, engaging in age-appropriate materials and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Bottles and cribs were also in compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
