There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 9 caregiver/household member's records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
