An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 09/03/2025 from 9:10am to 11:40am. There were 143 chldren and 26 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 3 staff records on-site.The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business 09/11/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
An unannounced, on-site inspection was conducted 11/21/2024 from 1:55pm- 4:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 130 children present and 22 staff members. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 3 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility. An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023 from 11:00am until 12:30pm. There were 131 children in care with 20 staff supervising. The children were observed playing outside, working independently in centers, competing art projects and sharing in circle time. One classroom was decorated in an ocean/water theme and had a small kiddie pool set up in the classroom for exploration. When children transitioned from different areas of the school to their classroom transitions looked to be orderly and routine. Teachers got down to the level of the children and interacted with them. Hallways and doors were decorated with vibrant colors and art work. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
