An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/09/2026 from 10:58am to 1:20pm. There were 19 children and 8 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 3 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on 03/18/2026. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews) and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/24/2022 and concluded on 1/24/2022 The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 24 children present, ranging in ages from 2 1/2 years to 5 years, with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
