There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records, 2 caregiver's and 2 household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/20/24 from 10:05 am to 10:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 2 caregiver's and 2 household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/28/23 from 10:30 am to 11:40 am. There were 8 children (30 points) present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing with the caregivers and eating morning snack which included fresh bananas and oranges. There were no children on site with food allergies or medications. 3 children's records, 3 caregiver's records, 2 household member's records, emergency drill logs, emergency supplies and attendance was reviewed. A walk through of the family day home was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/8/22 and concluded on 3/10/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children (28 points) present with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed playing outdoors, and infants were observed sleeping. Infant bottles were checked for labeling. There were no medications on site. 2 children's and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
