The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 42 children present with 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 12/11/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. There was no medication on site on this date. A total of 3 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/6 and concluded on 10/15. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 53 children present and 11 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
