An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on January 16, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 9, 2025 relating to allegations of the capacity of children and supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 2 staff records on site. The inspection included document review, observations, and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to administration and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted November 13, 2023 between 12:30pm and 2:15pm. There were 6 children present with two (2) caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed sleeping or resting on their cots, eating snack, diapering, handwashing and playing with age-appropriate toys. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, required posted documents, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
