An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. Children were observed finishing lunch ,washing hands, listening to stories, and preparing for rest time. Emergency evacuation drills, cot spacing, top and Bottom covers for resting children, bathroom supplies and first aid supplies were all in compliance today. 1 staff and 3 child records were reviewed today. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/26/21. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During the virtual observation there were 35 children supervised by 8 staff. The facility, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, medication and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in circle time and eating lunch of Quinoa and vegetable soup with fruit and milk. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
